Hello! I'm Mama Bear, a Southern East Coast transplant who's embraced the Sierra lifestyle since the early '90s. In 2018, a health wake-up call led me to adopt a vegan lifestyle, transforming my energy and well-being. Navigating plant-based living in our region inspired me to share my journey.
